Terms of Service

Last updated: July 25, 2026

We're a small, early-stage company, and these terms are a standard template rather than a document drafted by a lawyer for our business specifically. If anything below is unclear, or you'd like more detail before signing up, we're glad to talk it through — reach us at support@pulsecima.com.

1. The service

Pulsecima Pulse ("the Service") checks the response time and availability of HTTP/HTTPS URLs you register, and notifies you by email or webhook when a check fails or exceeds a threshold you set. It is a monitoring aid, not a guarantee — checks run on a best-effort schedule and can themselves fail to run or fail to notify you due to factors outside our control (network issues, email delivery problems, third-party outages).

2. Accounts

You need a name and email address to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your API key confidential — anyone with it can manage your monitored URLs. Email verification is required before you can register URLs.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed per active monitored URL, on a monthly subscription, and processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, who acts as Merchant of Record for all purchases. Paddle handles payment processing, tax, and invoicing; your purchase is subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms. You can review or update your payment method from the dashboard.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to monitor URLs you don't have the right to send automated requests to, or to generate load intended to disrupt a third-party site. We may rate-limit or suspend accounts used for abuse.

5. Cancellation and deletion

You can cancel your subscription and delete your account and all associated data at any time from the dashboard. Deleting your account is immediate and irreversible.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." We are not liable for losses arising from missed or delayed checks, missed or delayed alerts, or downtime of the Service itself, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.
